What is CBD?
CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid compound found on both marijuana plants and hemp plants, which has shown potential for having benefits ranging from pain relief to epilepsy treatment. CBD have exceedingly low traces of THC, so they won't give you the high that you'd normally associate with marijuana. That way one can potentially get the desired effects pain relief, anxiety relief, nausea relief, etc. - without psychoactive reactions.
What is CBD Oil?
CBD oil is the combination of cannabidiol, extracted from the Marijuana or Hemp plant, with oil to carry it in, such as coconut or olive oil. Our CBD is mixed with 100% Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil. CBD Oil is the most popular form of ingesting CBD amongst both medicinal and recreational users.
What does CBD have in common with THC?
They are both cannabinoids they impact our bodies and minds using cannabinoid receptors. These are a part of the endocannabinoid system inside the human body, which affects a number of different physiological processes. These receptors are found primarily in the nervous and immune systems, are what the CBD interacts with to give you the effects.
Not only does CBD not give users the high THC does, but some studies also suggest it may work to counteract some of the more negative THC effects, like paranoia and heightened anxiety. For this reason, often people that are looking for legal weed with THC will look for a strain with a solid THC to CBD ratio, chasing an ideal, centered high.
What are the benefits of CBD?
CBD has been known to have strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasm, and anticonvulsant properties. CBD directly activates serotonin receptors, causing an anti-depressant effect, as well.
Research has shown that CBD oil could be therapeutic for many conditions including chronic pain, cancer, anxiety, diabetes, epilepsy, rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular disease, depression, alcoholism, and sleep issues, among other conditions.
How Can CBD Help Medically?
CBD has been linked to treatment in degenerative muscle conditions, depression, injury rehabilitation, chronic pain disorders, acne, high blood pressure and a bevy of other diseases and disorders. The scope of treatments CBD has been linked to in a limited number of studies is impressive.
The anti-inflammatory properties in CBD may be able to help people suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. Studies that have posited this have similarly suggested that the anti-inflammatory nature can help in the treatment of multiple sclerosis, as well as inflammation that flares up as a result of hepatitis and bowel disorders like Crohn's disease and colitis.
WHO's report also suggests that CBD's neuroprotective effects could potentially provide therapeutic treatment not just to multiple sclerosis, but perhaps Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease as well. The most prominent diseases and disorders CBD has been said to help, though, are epilepsy, anxiety disorders, and cancer.
Can I take CBD and RSO simultaneously?
It has been reported that taking CBD and RSO together result in an entourage effect which can enhance its medical benefits. A 2014 study by the American Association for Cancer Research showed that THC and CBD were helpful when used alongside traditional radiation treatments for cancer. In fact, the study showed that the two compounds may be useful in enhancing the effectiveness of the radiation treatment due to the THC and CBD may help better condition cells for accepting radiation therapy. Additionally, some studies have shown that the use of CBD and THC (both of which are present in RSO, although THC is more concentrated) can slow the progress of cancer cells or even stop them altogether. https://www.thestreet.com/lifestyle/health/5-cannabis-products-on-rise-14578907
What is Full Spectrum CBD?
Full Spectrum CBD oil, unlike CBD, isolate products, includes a wide range of cannabinoids present in the cannabis or hemp plant. It can provide a greater effect than CBD alone as all the cannabinoids work together in what is known as the entourage effect which means all the cannabinoids and terpenes are working together in synergy, something that broad spectrum and isolate products will lack. Full spectrum CBD also contains a variety of essential vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, protein, chlorophyll, terpenes, Flavonoids, and fiber.
How is UCLE's CBD extracted?
We used the most advanced extraction process using CO2 unlike other extraction method using alcohol solvent which may be harmful to consume if the solvent was not fully removed.
Our CBD undergoes decarboxylation to convert to the active form to unlock the full medical benefits of CBD. The decarboxylation process is important for getting the most out of the CBD.
Our CBD also undergoes Winterization, also known as alcohol wash, is done after the initial CO2 extraction. All these procedures lead to the separation of cannabinoids and terpenes from the cannabis plant and produce minimally unwanted substances, like plant waxes, fats, and chlorophyll.
